Our broker, Daniel Chan, got this rating, we'd give him 6/5 if we could. He was absolutely incredible and we'd recommend him in a heartbeat and will definitely reach out to him if we are looking to buy again. We had no prior knowledge as this was our first property purchase, and Daniel was so helpful with his advice, and his knowledge was so deep, that it didn't matter as we learnt SO MUCH from him. His solutions to any issues were creative and logical, and he was always erring on the side of caution looking out for our money first and foremost, and making sure our situation would be comfortable not just trying to borrow the maximum amount possible.
