Initially we used service of our bank to buy our first house. It took us 2 months to get pre-approval of a loan. I asked Marty from Inovayt to look if he can do something for us. In few hours Inovayt came up with 200K more and we got a full approval in 1.5 weeks. Very fast, working after hours and responding promptly. It was a blessing working with them!
